First, we talk through the details of the project. The goal is to understand the production, the scope of work, and any specific challenges. Based on that, a quote will be sent over that reflects our current rates and the requirements of your project.

Once everything’s in place, we get to work on set or location. This is where the footage is captured, whether it’s a live performance, scripted or factual content. We also collaborate with multiple studio spaces across Australia.

This is where everything is edited together, the footage is reviewed, and the editing takes place in the ACMI X edit suite in Fed Square. How hands-on the collaborator wants to be during this part is completely up to them.

Once the first draft is ready, it’s sent over for review. There's an opportunity to provide feedback and request any changes or adjustments over three rounds of edits, or more if needed. 

After any revisions, the studio delivers the final assets in all the resolutions requested. Any captions will be added here, too. Whether it’s for social media, a live event, or another platform, everything is prepared for easy sharing.
